Felicia is a 19" teddy bear made of cream colored unprocessed German synthetic
string fur, giving her plenty of soft texture. She has black glass eyes,
with a black embroidered nose and mouth. Her face is trimmed around her
nose and eyes, and she wears a flowered bow on her ear. The tag indicates
that Felicia is Percy's cousin from Bryn Mawr, PA. She was born in 1991.
She's #4 of artist Doris Hoppe Riggs creations. Her

left foot reads: "#4 Doris Hoppe Riggs 8/15/91."
