Michigan artist Janet Reeves is known around the world for her teddy bear
designs. She's been making bears since the early '80s, winning many
awards, including the
Golden Teddy Award.
Since 1996 the German company Grisly has produced her designs. This is
your chance to add one of Janet's own bears to your collection. Drew is a
15" Big Woods Bear stuffed with polyester fiberfill. He has a growler,
though you have to shake him to hear it, which probably makes it more of a
grunter than a growler. He has soft gray fur, a shaved muzzle, and darker
fur paw pads. Both the sewn in tag and the hang tag are numbered 13 and
indicate he is a 1986 creation.
Hi! I'm Amos. I've got
a growler.
Like my shaved muzzle?
Wouldn't I look nice in your
house?
A cute profile, if I do say
so myself.
