The Ohio River Bear Company is located in Middleton, Ohio, from which Susan Baker's designs emanate.  This is Hortense, something of an outrageous character.  She's 9" tall, fully jointed, and made of a silky distressed dark brown mohair.  She has small black bead eyes, black embroidered nose and mouth, shaved face, and suede paw pads.  She's wearing a shabby chic plastic bead necklace and a wild ribbon on her head.  She's filled with plastic pellets.

Meet Cupcake, a 10" tall, fully jointed bear made of white polyester fur.  She has tiny black eyes, black embroidered nose and mouth, and suede paw pads.  She's wearing a lovely little hat decorated with pink ribbons and a rose.
Hi! I'm Cupcake. How about a walk? Or we could have some tea.

Here's Roger, a little fully jointed 7" bear made of a dark brown acrylic.  He's got tiny black bead eyes, black embroidered nose and mouth, and ultra suede paw pads.  He's filled with plastic pellets and has a little red heart on his chest.  He's from 1989.
