BEAR # 209     ARTIST: REBECCA BOLEN & SHARYN BRAEUNIG of OLDE FRIENDS BEAR COMPANY     SOLD
Rebecca Bolen and Sharyn Braeunig started Olde Friends Bear Company in 1994, soon moving their business to restored building in Hayesville, Ohio.  This is the McIntosh Apple Bear, a 13" fully jointed tan mohair creation with small black glass eyes and black embroidered nose and mouth.  He has felt paw pads and wears a plaid kilt and beret with a feather on it.  A gold apple pin holds his sash in place.  He's from 1999, part of a limited edition of only 100 bears.
